We believe walking is great exercise, and especially fun with a dog. Dogs get us out at all hours -- come rain, snow, or shine, and this gets us moving too. Badly lit roads and challenging weather conditions make it difficult for drivers to see pedestrians at night and in bad weather. Our cap with reflective Scotchlite (TM) trim enhances the visibility of pedestrians in those conditions.

Arrival of merchandise is within the delivery ranges given by freight carrier.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur in a UPS (or Fed Ex) shipment, notify UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS or notify Fed Ex immediately at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and then contact Walk Me Wear at 1-917-514-9998 Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST.
Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as an examination by UPS/FedEx may be requested.
Refunds and Returns:
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by Walk Me Wear LLC.
All claims must be made in writing no later than three business days after receipt of merchandise. Walk Me Wear does not accept the return of worn items.
